General guidelines for staying safe online.
1. Ensure the secure paying section of the site starts with 'https' in the address bar at the top of your computer screen. This page (and non paying pages) does not need the 's' and reads http.
2. Do not use 'shared' computers to send payments.
3. We will check your delivery address and the registered address of the card being used. If it doesn't match we may not progress with the transaction.
4. Use reputable suppliers, where you can speak to a merchant if you have any queries - you can phone us 6 days a week 9am-5pm, we also show our trading address on EVERY page of this website.
